MeoInterview is a hiring interview platform that uses AI to conduct structured interviews, generate interview guides, transcribe conversations, and produce summary reports for human hiring teams. The platform includes:

• AI-led video interviews conducted through a secure browser-based room.
• Interview guide generation from job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Real-time transcription of interview audio.
• AI-generated evidence summaries and debrief reports for human review.

By checking the consent box and joining an interview session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The interview is conducted by an AI interviewer, not a human.
• Your audio and video will be recorded and your speech will be transcribed for the duration of the session.
• AI will generate a structured report based on your transcript that a human hiring team will review.
• You may decline to participate at any time by closing the browser or leaving the interview room.

AI-generated reports, transcripts, and evidence summaries are reference tools provided to the hiring team. They are not used as the sole basis for any hiring decision. A human reviewer evaluates all interview materials and applies independent judgment before any employment action is taken.

• You agree to provide accurate information about your professional background and qualifications.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI interviewer or platform infrastructure.
• You will not record or redistribute interview content beyond what is provided to you through the platform.

• Interview guides, report templates, and platform software are the property of Meo Advisors.
• Your responses during the interview remain your own. By participating, you grant Meo Advisors and the hiring organization a limited license to use your recorded responses and transcript for hiring evaluation purposes.
• For public sample interviews, you additionally grant Meo Advisors permission to use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement.

MeoInterview is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Meo Advisors is not liable for technical interruptions, transcript inaccuracies, or hiring outcomes. AI-generated content may contain errors and is always subject to human review.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
